All you need for this simple project is:
-some cute scrapbook paper
-Paint brush
-Magnets
-Name badge Holder
-Modge Podge
-Graphics for the chores
and of course a Clip board
I printed Graphics off that I have found on the web, they didnt print very clear so i went over them with a sharpie marker. The I cut each one out and mounted them on some cute card stock!
I decided to put them in the Name badge holders and then cut the part off that you can hang them from. The reason for this was, so I can change out the chores as Doodle gets older! Then I put the magnets on the back! I did forget to mention I had my husband drill holes in the clipboard so I could hang it with some ribbon!
This is how it turned out!
I put the chores in an envelope on the back of the board, so when Doodle wakes up in the morning she takes them out and then can add them to the front as she does them!
Can I just say Iam SUPER EXCITED that my little Doodle woke up this morning Sooo Excited to do her chores, its not even 9 in the morning and they are half way done!
I sure hopes this continues to go well this summer!
adorable idea!! :)
