Snow Ball Ornaments!

I purchased 1 bag of snow at Walmart
AND
4 bags of these mini foam Balls at Honks $1 store.
4 bags X's 12 balls= 48 Snow balls WOAH!

1. Pour Glue onto a Paper plate , I used Allenes glue and also just plain Elmers school Glue!
Roll that ball around nice and good to make sure all sides are covered with glue. Its a VERY STICKY Situation, So wear disposible gloves.

2. I dumped the snow in a gallon sized plastic bag, so it would be less messy. Roll that ball around in all that snow to make sure all sides are covered well.
 3. Then I placed them on a cookie sheet pan that was covered with parchment paper! Kindof looks like a yummy treat there!
After they have dried they could be strung on thread to be made into a gardland, put into Apocrathy Jars, added to a wreath, or just laid inside the Branches of the Christmas Tree!

Chain Garland

One of my Favorite childhood memories from christmas time, was making a countdown chain with my Brothers. We would get the good ole stapler , scissors and custruction paper out and before we knew it we have a colorful chain that had 24 loops on it. Many of you have probably made these yourself OR with your Kids. I decided this year that I wanted to make a chain that could be used Every Year.

With 10 sheets of felt. $2 worth of felt to be exact , a glue gun, some scissors and a little time I have 2 3ft. chains to hang on our Christmas Tree!

Let the Christmas Season Begin!

Santa says.......

Here are some simple frames I made! I modged podged wrapping paper onto some unfunished frames. I found some cute scrapbooking stickers at Wal-mart and when I got home I realized they matched the paper :) ( glued a few peices of cardboaed underneath so the were 3 dimensional), used some skinny ribbon to add some shine and the I typed Ho Ho Ho on my computer , cut them out and inserted them in the frames!

Pretty simple and now the girls love to read them while talking like santa!
